Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our amazing family. 

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of a Breakfast Supervisor are to ensure that our guests receive exceptional services when visiting the food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate for the role has warm and caring personality, lead by example and always ready to support the team. 

• Communicating and working together with the breakfast team to ensure highest service standards and guest experience
• To motivate, train and encourage all team members to deliver services to Holiday Inn standards. Shift Coverage and Cooking skills will be necessary
• Oversee all aspects of the breakfast operation, ensuring highest level of cleanliness and health and safety measures
• Working closely with departmental managers (e.g. Sales and Front Desk) and keep them informed of Food & Beverage and event opportunities as they arise
• Assisting with Banquet/Event needs and answering any enquiries in a professional manner. Hosting guests and looking after their dining experience
• training and developing the team to ensure consistency of service. Works closely with Kitchen Supervisor assisting with orders, event setup and breakdown, inventory, and more. 

Qualifications

What are we looking for in a Breakfast Supervisor?

• Have previous experience within similar role/hotel
• Have good level of understanding of food and beverage preparation and service
• Communicate effectively in English
• Have a positive, "everything is my job," and friendly attitude
• Have experience in training team members
• Have a passion for food and beverage
